Returns Policy

We are only satisfied if you are are!

To return an item, contact our customer support team on the Contact Us page within 30 days. Please include invoice number and details, and reason for return. We will then issue you a pre-paid return label.
Products should be in the condition in which you received them, uninstalled, with the original packaging and paperwork. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned product we will issue your refund less shipping fees and a 15% re-stocking fee. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 14 days.

At delivery, please inspect your item carefully prior to accepting the package. Please note any damage at the time of delivery and refuse delivery, so we can reimburse you.
